  2. A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
  3. Accurate personal details (name, age, ID, contact information) must be provided at the time of booking.
  4. Any incorrect information may lead to booking cancellation or additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
  1. Payments must be made through the methods specified by Wander Sphere.
  2. Full payment may be required for certain packages at the time of booking.
  3. In case of partial payment, the remaining amount must be cleared before the travel date.
  4. Failure to pay the balance may result in automatic cancellation.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email/WhatsApp).
  2. Cancellation charges apply as per the package rules, airline rules, hotel policies, and service provider guidelines.
  3. Refund amounts (if applicable) will be processed within the specified time frame mentioned by the provider.
  4. Some bookings may be fully non-refundable.
  5. No refund is provided for:
    • No-show by the traveler
    • Early check-out
    • Partial use of services
    • Failure to provide documents required for travel
5. Changes & Modifications
  1. Any modification in dates, travelers, or itinerary is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
  2. Wander Sphere cannot guarantee approval of any requested changes after booking confirmation.
6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
  1. Travelers must carry valid ID proof, travel documents, visa (if applicable), and permits required by the destination.
  2. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check entry rules, health guidelines, travel restrictions, or government norms before booking.
  3. Wander Sphere is not responsible for denied boarding, immigration issues, or delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.
7. Pricing & Inclusions
  1. All prices listed are subject to change based on availability, seasonal factors, and supplier policies.
  2. Package inclusions will be clearly mentioned; anything not listed is considered an exclusion.
  3. Additional expenses such as meals, personal shopping, room service, and emergency costs must be borne by the traveler unless stated otherwise.
8. Travel Insurance
  1. Travel insurance is recommended but not included unless specifically mentioned.
  2. Wander Sphere is not responsible for loss of baggage, accidents, medical emergencies, or natural calamities if insurance is not taken.
9. Responsibilities & Liabilities
  1. Wander Sphere acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport agencies, etc.).
  2. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, or damages caused by third-party partners or circumstances beyond our control.
  3. We will, however, assist travelers wherever possible to minimize inconvenience.
10. Behaviour & Safety
  1. Travelers are expected to maintain respectful behavior during the trip.
  2. Any violation of rules, misconduct, or illegal activities may result in termination of services without refund.
  3. Safety instructions provided by guides or service providers must be followed.
11. Website Use
  1. The content on our website is for general information and may be updated without notice.
  2. Unauthorized copying, misuse, or distribution of website content is prohibited.
12. Governing Law

All disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
