At WanderSphere, we aim to provide smooth and transparent services for every traveler. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the rules, fees, and procedures followed when a customer chooses to cancel or modify a booking.

By booking with Wander Sphere, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. General Cancellation Rules
  1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  2. Cancellation charges will be applied according to:
    1. WanderSphere policies
    1. Airline/Hotel rules
    1. Transport and activity provider guidelines
  3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after receiving confirmation from the respective service providers.
  4. Refund amounts will vary based on the type of booking, season, availability, and supplier terms.
2. Cancellation by the Traveler

Below are the standard cancellation timelines (unless specified differently in your package):

  • More than 30 days before travel: Up to 75% refund (after deducting service charges)
  • 15–30 days before travel: Up to 50% refund
  • 7–14 days before travel: Up to 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days before travel: No refund
  • No-show or delayed arrival: No refund

Note: Flight/train/bus tickets often have separate cancellation charges set by the carrier.

3. Cancellation by WanderSphere

WanderSphere may cancel or reschedule a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather issues, political unrest, operational challenges, or supplier-related problems.

In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • A credit note, or
  • An alternative travel date/plan

The choice may depend on the provider’s terms and availability.

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some services may be fully non-refundable, including:

  • Special promotional packages
  • Last-minute deals
  • Certain airline or hotel bookings
  • Peak season reservations
  • Visa fees, permits, and documentation charges

These conditions will be communicated to the traveler before booking.

5. Refund Processing Time
  1. Refunds (if approved) may take 7–21 working days, depending on banks, airlines, or other partners involved.
  2. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment used for booking.
6. Modifications & Rescheduling
  1. Any request to change travel dates, traveler details, or itinerary is subject to availability and provider approval.
  2. Additional charges may apply depending on the modification type.
  3. Wander Sphere cannot guarantee that all change requests will be approved.
7. Unused Services

No refund will be provided for:

  • Early check-outs
  • Partially availed services
  • Missed transfers or sightseeing
  • Meals not consumed
  • Any service decline by the traveler
8. Natural Calamities & Force Majeure

Events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or government regulations may affect your travel plan.
Refunds or rescheduling in such cases will depend on supplier policies and cannot be guaranteed.

9. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for covering:

  • Trip cancellations
  • Medical emergencies
  • Lost baggage
  • Travel delays

If insurance is not taken, Wander Sphere is not liable for such losses.
